Process & Costs

The costs for wedding stationery can vary greatly, making it difficult to make a blanket statement. Prices vary depending on the print run, material, and printing process. Generally speaking, you can choose between a custom design or a ready-made design collection from my portfolio.

If you choose a custom design, I always charge a basic flat rate for the conception and design of your design. Please understand that a lot of time and effort goes into finding the design for your stationery. However, this is very valuable time, as this is where the design direction for the entire stationery design is sought and determined. The flat rate is significantly lower if you choose ready-made design collections, as the basic design is already in place and I only make minor adjustments based on your individualization requests, such as adjusting the font colors, etc.

Factors determining price:

Design + Consulting:

The costs always vary depending on the effort involved, starting with a basic design fee – for finished design collections, for minor design adjustments and customization requests, as well as correction rounds; for customized stationery , for design development and creation consultation. A flat rate always applies. For individual customizations and designs, regardless of printing, finishing, or print run. The initial consultation and introductory meeting is free of charge ; you are also welcome to complete my digital questionnaire beforehand. I will then provide you with a free, customized, and non-binding quote. A deposit for the design fee is only due once the quote has been commissioned.

Printing + finishing:

The price for printing varies depending on the print run, paper type, desired format, and, if desired, exclusive print finishing. The cheapest option is digital printing, which I usually produce myself. The more expensive option is print finishing with letterpress or hot foil stamping, which I outsource to a trusted print shop.

Materials + Extras:

Details like a beautiful envelope, a ribbon, or a wax seal make the stationery something truly special. Prices always depend on the print run and material. Envelopes start at €0.90 and wax seals at 1.15€ each.
